ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Introduction

World Line Networks, LLC (“Company”) is a provider of small business and corporate websitehosting, domain name and e-mail services that involve use of the Internet. The Company strivesto provide quality, dependable and professional services using the latest technology.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), together with the terms and conditions of the Colocation Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Company and you, establish rules of conduct that will govern and apply to your use of any and all of the Internet services that the Company provides to you pursuant to the Agreement (severally and collectively, “Internet Services”), including, but not limited to, website hosting, domain name and e-mail services.

“You” and “your,” as used in the AUP, will refer to the Customer identified in the Agreement to which this AUP is attached as Schedule B.

Any capitalized term or phrase used in this AUP but not expressly defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term or phrase as is set forth in the Agreement.

Prohibited Uses

The Company’s Internet Services shall not be used for or in connection with any of thefollowing:

1. Hosting, publishing, sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, posting, linking to, or otherwise transmitting any material or content that infringes upon or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party, including, without limitation, rights in copyrights, trademarks and or service marks, patents, trade secrets, trade names, and domain names.

2. Hosting, publishing, sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, posting, linking to, or otherwise transmitting any material or content that is obscene, contains nudity, or ispornographic in nature, which shall be determined in the sole judgment of the Company.

3. Hosting, publishing, sending, receiving, uploading, downloading, posting, linking to, orotherwise transmitting any material or content that is unlawful pursuant to federal, state, or locallaws, rules, or regulations, or that harasses or threatens to cause physical harm or damage to anyperson or property.

4. Publishing, sending or otherwise transmitting unsolicited mass commercial e-mails, or“spamming.”

5. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, or attempting to modify or monitor withoutauthorization, any computer system, network or data transmission, or attempting to causedamage to or interfere with the normal operation of any computer system or network in anymanner.

6. Any manner or purpose that the Company reasonably determines is detrimental to its systems, network, property, other customers, or that interferes with the use and enjoyment of the Company’s services it provides to other customers of Company.

Additionally, you will not use the Internet Services excessively in a manner that exceeds any size or data limits applicable to the Services provided you pursuant to the Agreement.

In the event your use of the Internet Services does exceed any size or data limits applicable to your Services, the Company reserves the right to charge you, and you agree to pay to the Company, the Company’s fees then in effect for such greater size or data requirements that are occasioned due to your excess usage.

Use of the Company’s Internet Services in violation of this AUP will constitute a Customer Default under the Agreement and subject you to immediate disability, suspension, or termination of some or all Services, as well as subject your conduct to reporting to governmental authorities or law enforcement agencies by the Company, if required or appropriate, and subject you to other remedies afforded the Company as specified in the Agreement.
